This course is for you if you want to explore the sensual and expressive side of pole dance and learn a feminine choreography.

The focus is on Femme Power – a movement approach that combines femininity, strength and self-confidence, inviting you to express yourself in a completely new way through flowing, sensual movements.

We will develop a beautiful choreography with heels that combines elements such as clucks, hair flips, body waves, and fluid transitions. The focus will be on musicality, expression, and consciously savoring every movement.

You will immerse yourself in floorwork, flow and performance, learning not only to execute movements technically, but to truly feel and experience them.

Open Level - suitable for beginners and up
You should have at least 3-4 months of experience with high heels.

Equipment:
Heels 7-9 inch (Optional participation in socks possible)
Knee pads are mandatory.
An outfit in which you feel sexy, confident, and comfortable.

I am the owner of Your Pole Dream in Landshut and combine a flowing, sensual movement style with emotion, presence and technique.

Pole dancing fascinates me because it feels like flying – but in a completely unique way. It combines strength, elegance, and dance, opening up endless possibilities for self-expression. It's precisely this diversity that makes this sport so special to me.

I started pole dancing in 2021 and knew from the very first moment: this is my sport. Since 2025, I have run my own studio, Your Pole Dream, in Landshut and work as a certified pole dance instructor. I regularly participate in further training to continuously develop myself and to be able to offer my students new inspiration.

My style is very fluid and expressive. I love to sustain movements, let figures unfold, and make emotions visible through dance.
