In this workshop, we'll not only learn my favorite tricks, but also how to combine them. This way, you can experiment with different combinations and transitions and create your very own flow sequence.
We'll also look at different drops on the pole – if you can't do them yet, that's no problem, we'll build them together or work on suitable preparatory steps.

About Sophie
Sophie started pole dancing in 2016 after seeing it on Facebook.

Until April 2024, Sophie worked part-time as a trainer in
a dance studio. She then shifted her focus to
giving private lessons in their own small

Sophie participated in a championship for the first time in 2023 and
She won at PSO Oberhausen in Level 4. She competed again in 2025.
and - this time at the highest level - and was able to secure victory here as well
to claim victory. She placed in all of her championships.
Sophie was successful.
Their particular strength lies in dynamic combinations.
