Sharing is caring 😉 In all classes (except First Time & Open Pole), you might share the pole with a partner – this way more of you can participate. A short break between rounds is perfect for recharging and solidifying your technique.

Important information for each course

  • Please do not apply cream on the day of training and the day before, otherwise you won't have a grip.

  • Always train without jewelry

  • For the warm-up, wear comfortable sportswear.

  • For pole training, wear short sports shorts and a sports bra; beginners can also wear a top if they feel uncomfortable. For difficult moves, we need the support that a top doesn't provide.

  • Bring your own drinks - glass bottles are prohibited as they could break / only plastic or metal containers are allowed.
